10 Day Fast

May 19 at 9:11pm · O.k. I'm going to put together a comparison of my own healthy Iife style change throughout the years. I found some old pics of myself when I was a big partier up to where I am today. I'm definitely not where I want to be health wise. So during bible study yesterday, I discovered something I wanted to take on based off the influence of Daniel and his friends before interpreting Nebucahabnezzar's dream. The purpose is to eliminate the foods and beverages that weigh down my spiritual growth and well being. Seeing the difference. I'm starting Monday 05/21-5/30

Daniel 1:12-17 
"Please test your servants for ten days: Give us nothing but vegetables to eat and water to drink, Then compare our appearance with that of the young men who eat the royal food, and treat your servants in accordance with what you see. So he agreed to this and tested them for ten days. 
At the end of the ten days they looked healthier and better nourished than any of the young men who ate the royal food. So the guard took away their choice food and the wine they were to drink and gave them vegetables instead. To these four young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. And Daniel could understand visions and dreams of all kinds."
